PROMO: 200% ROI Guarantee

This is another test of mine.  But I think you'll find it desirable.

THE QUESO & CHEESE GUARANTEE:  

IF you own or manage a local NE Heights Albuquerque business and IF you hire me for my Whole Enchilada services and IF you spend 10% of your average sales during the marketing execution period, I GUARANTEE you will get at least a 200% return-on-investment (ROI) OR ELSE you don't have to pay me a monthly agency fee.

Return on investment is calculated as (gain – investment)/ investment.  As an example, let's say you hire me starting in December and that's one of your busiest months at an average of $100,000 in sales.  In order to qualify for my guarantee, your total investment would be my fee $4,000 plus your marketing spend of $10,000.

Therefore to achieve a 200% ROI, you would need to earn an additional $42,000 in sales over the same period a year ago.

Said more simply, for every $1 you invest in marketing managed by Queso & Cheese Marketing, you're guaranteed to get at least $2 back.

THE MATH 200% = ($42,000-$14,000)/$14,000

Here's how I'm thinking this would work.   

• You will need to show me your average sales for the period of the marketing programs so we know and agree what your monthly 10% marketing budget and spend should be;
• The period in which we will measure your ROI will start the month following the signing of our agreement together (this will give me time to develop your marketing plan, work with vendors such as graphic designers, etc.) and implement the plan.  During the planning period, my fee will not be $5,000 per month but rather $1,500.  This planning fee is not refundable under this guarantee;
• We'll track a rolling ROI each month to make sure you're still getting at least a 200% ROI as we progress in the calendar;
• If I fail to generate a 200% ROI for you, you may terminate our agreement at any time or you may decide to keep me working without paying the monthly fee (until we do achieve the ROI goal).
